We know what you're thinking. Wasn't it just a couple of days ago that we made an incredibly convincing argument for raising the price of these very same t-shirts? Did we not spell out, in handy bullet point format, logical reasons for a seemingly preposterous price increase? Yes, we did. But we did that on the advice of an intern who, on his application, claimed to have extensive experience in the field of marketing. As it turns out, that was code for "I sold popcorn door-to-door when I was a Boy Scout." Scout's Honor...pffft. Said intern has since been fired.

After realizing that our new price was just a smidge too high for the average working American, we instantly set to work to determine the appropriate price for a Priceless Gym t-shirt. We considered passing out 25,000 questionnaires to random people on Franklin Street, meeting with world renowned marketing professors, and/or moderating several hundred focus groups in order to set the price at the most affordable level. That all seemed like an inordinate amount of work, though, so we wound up just tossing one of the shirts on Ebay and letting the free market do its thing.

The shirt sold for $11.99 - allowing us to advertise it at 80% off the previous price of $59.95.
